We named this company after our three daughters. That isn’t a marketing line — it’s the standard we hold every home to. Before we take a property on, we ask ourselves one simple question: would we be happy sending our own family to stay here? If the answer is no, we don’t list it.

That question shapes how we look after the guests who stay with us and the owners who trust us with their homes. Here’s what it means in practice.

For our guests: a home that’s genuinely ready for your family

Booking a place you’ve never seen, for a trip that matters, takes a certain amount of faith. We don’t take that lightly.

Every home in our care goes through a full safety check before it’s ever made available — and again at every changeover, not once a year. Kevin, who runs our operations and inspects the homes himself, is a retired police officer. Checking that a property is genuinely safe is second nature to him.

That means working smoke and carbon monoxide detectors where they need to be, a fire extinguisher in the kitchen, and the small things most people never think about — like making sure heavy furniture and cabinets are secured to the wall, so a curious toddler can’t pull one over. Hot tubs are cleaned and tested properly before every stay. Entrances are well lit. And if something does go wrong while you’re with us, you can reach a real person who will sort it out.

For our owners: your home in steady hands

Handing your property to a management company you’ve only just met is a big step. We understand that — and most owners come to us precisely because they want their home properly looked after and their own time back.

What makes us different is that almost everything happens in-house. Kari and her team handle all of our cleaning and quality control — they don’t clean for anyone else, and that consistency shows. Kevin and his crew handle maintenance, safety, and the outdoor work most companies have to subcontract out — from a simple repair to building a fire pit. When something needs doing at your property, it’s our own people doing it, to our own standard.

We’re also honest about fit. We turn down properties, and we turn down owners, when we don’t believe we can do right by them. That isn’t us being difficult — it’s how we protect the standard for everyone already with us.
